Launch Apple’s new iPhone with O2’s custom plans tariff with in-store activations. I creatively led the ideation of the customer journey and key touch points to amplify the retail experience and drive footfall in-store. 

Leading with the campaign message ‘As Individual As You Are’ I explored fun and innovative ways we could take over the retail floor space to WOW the customer and get them explore the iPhone device and pre-order. From a giant pin booth that you can walk into and have your picture taken by an Angel on the new device and asked to share it with you. For the pre-orders activations: You have a 3D scan of your head — when the time comes for you to collect your phone will be given a 3D printed model of mini-you. On the day of the launch we made bespoke 3D printed portraits as chocolate lollies.
