THE CHALLENGE

Launch the iPhone XS with O2’s Custom Plans with in-store activations and show various touch-points of the customer journey that encourage customers to pre-order and get social with the experiences.

MY APPROACH

I creatively led the ideation of the customer journey and key touch points to amplify the retail experience for the customer. Taking the campaign message was ‘As Individual As You Are’ I explored fun and innovative ways we could take over the retail floor space to wow the customer to get involved and explore the iphone. From a giant pin booth that you can walk into and have your picture taken by an Angel on to the device and asked to share. To pre-orders activations where you have a 3D scan of your head - when the time comes for you to collect your phoone will give you a 3D printed model of mini-you. On the day of the launch we made bespoke 3D printed portraits as candy lollipops.
